We have several versions of the leaflet distributed on 6-Oct-2001: a simple HTML version, plus also four pre-formatted printable versions (PDF-A4, PDF-2xA5, PS-A4, and PS-2xA5) and a plain-text version for those people who wanted to use the text as a basis for leaflets to use elsewhere.
