"Copy control" disc refund policy

Thank you for your concern,

We always offer a full refund on any of our products if they do not
work for the customer, as a copy protected cd may not work in the
customers player, we consider this a faulty product in the customers
eyes and therefore will without any query refund the custom with the
full amount and any postage costs.

The labelling policy on the compact disks containing this system at
the moment is entirely down to our manufacturer and is something we
are considering doing in the future as this and if this media becomes
more popular.
